3. Hosting and server log files
This website is operated using an external hosting provider. When you access the website, the hosting provider may process technically necessary server log data, such as your IP address, the time of access, the requested file, the amount of data transferred and browser information. This processing may be necessary for the secure and stable operation of the website.
The exact retention period and configuration of the server logs used by the hosting provider cannot be verified from the source code of this website.
4. Contact form
When you contact us using the contact form, we process the information you provide. This includes your name, email address, optional telephone number and subject, as well as your message. The message is stored in the database for the purpose of processing your inquiry and is sent by email to the restaurant. An automatic confirmation of receipt may also be sent to the email address you provided.
Where your inquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other general inquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling and documenting your inquiry pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We store messages submitted through the contact form for as long as necessary to process your inquiry, respond to follow-up questions or comply with applicable statutory retention obligations. In the administration area, messages can first be moved to the trash and can subsequently be permanently deleted.
To protect against misuse and spam, your IP address may be processed briefly while the form is being submitted. It is not stored together with your message. Instead, for rate-limit checks, it is converted using a server-side secret key into a pseudonymous verification value. This value cannot be directly used as an IP address and is stored only for a short period, currently approximately 24 hours.
5. Local visitor statistics
The website keeps simple local visitor statistics for internal evaluation. The application stores only a page key, for example for the home page or menu, together with the time the page was accessed. No IP addresses, full user-agent strings, cookies, local-storage identifiers or fingerprints are stored for these statistics.
These local statistics are used solely for simple aggregated page-view counts. The application is not designed to associate these statistics with a specific visitor.
6. Cookies, Local Storage and consent
This website uses necessary technical storage mechanisms to provide basic website functions. A PHP session may be used for the contact form and the administration area. On HTTPS connections, session cookies are set with the Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax protection attributes.
Your privacy settings are stored in your browser's Local Storage under the key pizzeriaLalaCookieConsent. Only the selected categories, a version number and a timestamp are stored. No user identifier is created. The current technical validity period of this setting is 180 days.
Optional services such as Google Analytics, Google Maps and the Lieferando widget are loaded only after you have given your consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings in the footer.
7. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
